> EAS Paintball is now closed
Posted by MEB - 10-28-11 16:09 - 0 comments
EAS PAINTBALL is now closed for the season. We hope to reopen the first weekend in May 2012.

For over-winter paintball fun, visit our friends at HeadRush. Their website is actionsportspark.com and the phone number is 453-7874

For fun in any kind of weather, visit our friends at The Fun Warehouse Laser Tag and Arcade, 222 Chapel Drive in Fairmount, near Holy Family Church. Their website is thefunwarehouse.com and the phone number is 488-4015. Don't forget that Sanchez has paintball items "in stock" at The Fun Warehouse and he can "special order" for you also.

Have a happy and safe winter . . . until we see you on the field

> EAS Paintball - Scenario, August 14, 2011
Posted by MEB - 08-10-11 10:22 - 0 comments
Just a reminder that this coming Sunday, August 14th, EAS will be hosting our monthly scenario game. Registration begins about 10:00. Costs (for this event only) are entry $5, Case $50, ½ $25 (last chance special). Scenario games begin about 11:30 AM and run to about 4:00 PM. In addition to our website, we are also on Facebook: Extreme Acton Sports Paintball. If you haven't played paintball in awhile, and would like to try the sport again, we would like you to consider playing with us this coming Sunday (or any Saturday or Sunday when we have regular open play between 10 and 3). Thanks for your time and maybe we'll see you on the field!!

> Scenario Games at EAS

To: All of you who have played EAS over the past 16 years
From : EAS

EAS exists for all of our EAS family and most importantly for those of you who like to play rec/woods ball. Unfortunately, our last two scenarios were reduced to public play for lack of turnout. This leads us to believe that the last remaining rec ball field in CNY is not necessary. However, our adults ... who grew up at our field (some who are now married with kids), the next generation (now in their mid-20's) and our current generation of 18-21 year olds ... want EAS to stay open. So here is the deal ...

Our next scenario is scheduled for Sunday, August 14th. We will be doing "Monty Python’s Holy Grail". This should be a riot. Entry $5, Case $50, ½ $25 (last chance special). We want 100 players ... . Our question to all of you who have played EAS ... Should we keep doing what all of us at EAS love doing? We’ll find out ... we're looking for 100 players ... . Please spread the word - post it on your Facebook page, email, text and talk to your friends. Thanks!! EAS

> Scenario #2 - Rescheduled for July 17, 2011

WE WERE SOLDIERS (Story of the 7th Air Cavalry)
Background:
The setting tells the story of the Ia Drang Valley, the first significant encounter between American (7th Air Cavalry) and North Vietnamese soldiers (VC) in the Vietnam War. In 48-hours of nearly continuous combat in mid-November 1965, in a rugged border region of South Vietnam, a few hundred Americans managed to hold off an assault by several thousand North Vietnamese. There has been a lot of activity of late and the 7th Air Cav needs to find out what the VC are up to . . .

THIS EVENT IS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. There will be no regular Open Play on this date - if you come to play paintball with us on the 17th, you will be playing in the scenario game.
